Brian grew up outside of Buffalo, NY. In 2013, Brian moved from Washington, DC to Central Florida with his wife and their dog Chili. Since moving to Florida, his family has expanded and he is the proud father of two boys.
EDUCATION
Brian attended law school in Washington, DC where he excelled academically, earning his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2011. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University. At SBU, he majored in political science with a minor in theology, and graduated in just three years with the highest GPA in his major.

PAST CAREER EXPERIENCE
Brian was a partner in the Orlando office of a large national law firm. In that role, he defended Fortune 500 companies, as well as insurance companies and their insureds, in a wide variety of cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, medical negligence, professional liability, personal injury, wrongful death and trucking accidents.
Before he moved to Florida, Brian worked in Washington, DC as an attorney in the litigation department at one of the largest law firms worldwide.
BOARD CERTIFICATIONS
Brian is board certified as a construction law specialist by The Florida Bar, Board of Legal Specialization and Education. This certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of an attorney in the field of construction law.
AWARDS, RECOGNITION AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS CERTIFICATIONS
Brian has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state’s young lawyers. Brian is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Florida’s statewide plaintiff civil litigation organization aimed at protecting the rights of those injured or wronged, he is the Co-Chair of FJA’s Nursing Home Committee.
