Anthony M. Lopez is CEO of Your Insurance Attorney. Mr. Lopez’ primary practice emphasizes its focus on first-party insurance litigation and he chairs the firm’s property insurance department. Mr. Lopez has also overseen and litigated a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including FACTA class actions, complex real estate disputes, insurance liability matters and construction litigation cases. His first-party insurance practice ranges in matters from typical homeowner insurance disputes to multi-million dollar commercial property claims. Mr. Lopez also represents clients before the Department of Financial Services and has handled a multitude of arbitrations and mediations before numerous governmental agencies. He also has a broad range of experience in the appellate arena, representing clients throughout Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Anthony is an active member of the Windstorm Network and sits on the board of directors for the Monica Burguera Foundation.
