Niall Sanin is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney and works in
the civil litigation department with a focus in first-party property insurance
litigation. He is dedicated to the representation and advocacy of insurance
policyholders in first-party property disputes against insurance companies
throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Sanin joined the firm in November 2023.
Mr. Sanin graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of
Miami School of Law in 2021. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Sanin
advocated for the rights of the indigent to secure Social Security disability
benefits as a student attorney at the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic.
During his time at UM, Mr. Sanin also completed a summer judicial internship
under Judge Jose M. Rodriguez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and
worked as a legal intern at the City of Miami’s Office of the City Attorney.
Prior to joining Your Insurance Attorney, Mr. Sanin worked as a commercial
real estate attorney at a private law firm in the Miami area.
