Mr. Peralta is an associate at Your Insurance Attorney’s Coconut Grove office, where he works in the civil litigation department with a primary focus of representing insurance policy holders in First-Party Property Insurance litigation. Mr. Peralta joined the firm in 2022. Mr. Peralta began his career defending insurance carriers across Florida, where he concentrated on first and third-party commercial and residential insurance claims with a focus on coverage, liability, and bad faith issues. Mr. Peralta has since taken the knowledge and experience obtained in defending and representing insurance companies and utilized it in the representation of policyholders throughout the State of Florida. With a keen understanding of the complexities of insurance policies and a natural ability to unravel intricate legal issues, Mr. Peralta has quickly become a valued member of the firm’s insurance litigation team. When he’s not in the courtroom or poring over legal documents, Ariel enjoys spending quality time with his family, fiancée, and his golden doodle named Bentley.

Ariel is a graduate of the St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Journal of Complex Litigation. Prior to law school, Ariel attended Florida International University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
