Kevin Niser is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney and works in the civil litigation department with a focus in first-party property insurance litigation. He is dedicated to the representation and advocacy of insurance policyholders in first-party property disputes against insurance companies throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Niser joined the firm in March 2023.

Mr. Niser graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the St. Thomas College of Law in 2022. While at St. Thomas, he was an apart of the St. Thomas Law Review. Mr. Niser received a Pro Bono commendation award for dedicating over 100 hours to public service. Prior to law school, Mr. Niser attended Florida International University where he received her bachelor’s degree in political science and a Minor in International Relations. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
