Seth Masson is the Managing Partner of the Health Insurance practice at Your Insurance Attorney. Mr. Masson joined the firm in 2018, and in that time has focused his practice on representing health care providers and insureds through complex insurance coverage issues and obtaining payment of overdue medical bills. His experience also includes representing clients who have sustained personal injuries through the negligence of others.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Masson formerly practiced at a state-wide insurance defense firm where he represented several prominent insurance carriers. However, his true passion is helping clients navigate the difficult insurance claim process and securing a positive result for those in need.

He obtained his undergraduate and master’s degrees in education from Florida State University. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Masson also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable James R. Wolf of the Florida First District Court of Appeals.”

Mr. Masson is a proud husband, father of two children, a dog lover, and an avid baseball fan.
