Giancarlo Pinto is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney, specializing in first-party property insurance claims. Before joining the firm, Giancarlo earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University, and later received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

 While at St. Thomas, Giancarlo earned the CALI Excellence Award in Trial Advocacy Practice. As a member of the St. Thomas Law Trial Team, he further honed his litigation skills, which he now brings to his role in advocating for client rights.

 Fluent in both English and Spanish, Giancarlo takes pride in serving clients from diverse backgrounds, providing them with personalized attention and professional guidance. Giancarlo is a member of The Florida Bar and the Belen Alumni Lawyer Section.
