Since 2006, Elvis J. Adan has devoted his legal career to representing employees in workers’ compensation and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, whistleblower retaliation, FMLA retaliation, workers’ compensation retaliation and breach of contract cases. With over 40 trials worth of experience under his belt, Elvis has the ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, mediations, discovery, and arbitration as well as other employment administrative matters.
