David Hannum is an experienced personal injury and trial lawyer who leads our Colorado practice. David began his legal career after graduating from Penn State University in 2006 in the Courtroom working as a staff attorney for a non-profit litigating domestic violence, consumer advocacy and foreclosures in rural Appalachia. Since then, David has taken on major pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation throughout the country while also working auto accident and medical malpractice cases locally in Colorado. David’s experience also extends to real estate and entertainment law where he has litigated against major Hollywood studios and negotiated the largest Twitch streaming contract to date.
David and his wife relocated to Colorado from the east coast in 2013 to be closer to family and to enjoy the beauty and quality of life Colorado has to offer. David is an adoptive father and has two school aged boys. In his free time David enjoys golfing, fly fishing, hiking and volunteers and serves on the Board of Directors for his boy’s youth hockey organization.
