Ms. Baker is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney, PLLC, and works in the civil litigation department, focusing on first-party property litigation. Ms. Baker is a licensed attorney and is a proud member of the State of Georgia Bar Association as well as the New Mexico State Bar.
Ms. Baker is a proud alumna of Spelman College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in English and Political Science as an honors student and Toni Cade Bambara Scholar. She earned a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership, Supervision, and Administration from the University of West Georgia. During her time at UWG, Ms. Baker became a member of Phi Lambda Theta, an international education honor society, and graduated with summa cum laude honors.
Later, Ms. Baker earned her Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. During her law school tenure Ms. Baker earned a position as a Howard University School of Law fellow where she traveled internationally and resided in Capetown, South Africa while studying international business law, international constitutional law, and international criminal law at the University of West Cape’s College of Law. Finally, Ms. Baker acquired her Master’s in Taxation Law from Southern Methodist University Dedman College of Law. While in attendance, Ms. Baker was a proud member of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA).
A native of Dallas, Texas, Ms. Baker is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA).
