Michael Mandeville is a civil trial lawyer handling cases involving severe injuries and complex liability. He has tried numerous automobile accident, complex personal injury, medical negligence, and nursing home matters for injured plaintiffs and their families. His experience includes representing both insurance companies and victims of negligence. Mr. Mandeville formerly practiced with the largest plaintiffs’ firm in the country and then helped build a boutique firm specializing in catastrophic injury, long term care, auto accident, and medical negligence claims.
Over his 26-years of practicing law, Mr. Mandeville has obtained multiple seven-digit jury verdicts and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients. Most recently, his client was awarded a 5.2-million-dollar verdict against a nursing home for ignoring early signs of sepsis that caused the death of its resident. It continues to be his great honor to represent individuals in their fight for justice and recovery for their harms and losses against wrongdoing insurance companies and corporations.
He obtained his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida in 1993. He obtained his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law with Honors in 1996. Mr. Mandeville also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Justice Charles J. Kahn of the Florida First District Court of Appeal. He is licensed to practice law in all Florida and Colorado.
