Warren Adegunle is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where his practice focuses on first-party insurance litigation, representing policyholders in disputes involving bad faith, underpayment, and wrongful denial of coverage across property and casualty matters, ranging from typical homeowner insurance disputes to complex commercial property claims.

 

Before joining Your Insurance Attorney, Warren served as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers of attorneys, architects, engineers, and accountants, and later as in-house counsel for two major domestic insurance carriers—experience that gives him a distinctive understanding of how insurers operate and handle claims, insight he now uses to advocate for policyholders. Earlier in his career, he litigated high-value construction disputes and handled more than 100 mass toxic tort matters as an associate at a regional law firm in Chicago.

 

Warren has conducted depositions and examinations under oath, managed litigation strategy from inception through trial, and drafted coverage opinions and declaratory judgment actions. He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received multiple legal writing awards and was selected as a White House Intern in 2014. He later earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
