Rotceh M. Sotomayor joined Your Insurance Attorney, PLLC in 2023 as an Associate Attorney specializing in first-party property insurance litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2021. Her unwavering commitment to the legal profession is underscored by her participation in a legal externship assisting members of the community navigate family and guardianship matters and her service as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William Altfield in the County Civil Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida during law school. Before becoming a part of Your Insurance Attorney, PLLC, Rotceh worked for a property insurance defense firm. This experience equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively advocate for policyholders in their disputes against insurance carriers. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Rotceh is bilingual in English and Spanish, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively in a diverse legal landscape.
