Peter Diamond is a partner at Your Insurance Attorney. Peter dedicated the majority of his legal career to trial work, including all phases of litigation including pre-suit negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and jury trials. Peter has had the unique privilege of representing all types of clients; from Fortune 50 companies to “Mom and Pop” start-ups and everything in between. Peter successfully tried more than 20 cases to verdict. Peter’s primary practice focuses on first-party insurance litigation and exclusively represents policy holders against their insurers. Peter routinely handles the firm’s commercial property insurance department cases and is privileged to represent A.A.H.O.A. members. Throughout his +25 year legal career, Peter has also overseen and litigated a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, complex liability matters and construction defect cases. Peter’s first-party insurance practice ranges in matters from minor homeowner insurance disputes to multi-million-dollar commercial property claims.
When not litigating, you can find Peter with his wife and children in or on the water, boating, fishing and spearfishing or tending to his ever growing office jungle.
