Nathalie Martinez is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney, where she practices in the civil litigation department with a focus on first-party insurance litigation.

Ms. Martinez earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2024. During her third year, she joined Your Insurance Attorney as a law clerk, gaining hands-on litigation experience alongside the firm’s attorneys. Ms. Martinez was also actively involved in student leadership at NSU, serving as Vice President of the Miami-Dade Bar Association Law Student Chapter, Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and Treasurer of the Cuban American Bar Association Student Chapter. Ms. Martinez received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University.
