Alessandra Diaz-Cappelleti is an associate attorney at Your Insurance Attorney and works in the civil litigation department focusing on first-party insurance litigation.  Ms. Diaz-Cappelleti joined the firm in 2022.

Ms. Diaz-Cappelleti received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated cum laude and received a certificate in Intellectual Property Law.  While at St. Thomas, she received two CALI Book Awards in Criminal Procedure and Business Associations and received a Pro Bono commendation award for dedicating over 100 hours to public service. Ms. Diaz-Cappelleti also interned at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida under the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan.  Prior to law school, Ms. Diaz-Cappelleti earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University College of Business in Marketing with a minor in International Relations. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
